Get ready to party in a world of pink and sparkle while enjoying music and dancing! This year's Sweetheart Dance is going to knock attendees' socks off! Dads or other special persons are invited to dance the night away with their LKE daughter(s) at the 2024 Sweetheart Dance inspired by Barbieland from the Barbie Movie.
 
PHOTO BOOTH! Stop and snap a picture in one of our two unique Photo Booth experiences (free of charge w/prints and/or digital copies available).  
 
RAFFLE BASKETS! The coveted raffle baskets are back!  And loaded with today's 'most wanted swag' for young girls and tweens.   
 
REFRESHMENTS! Enjoy bags of hot fresh popcorn and carnival style cotton candy cones. Be sure to checkout the ‘Barbie Bakery' serving up cookies, cupcakes, donuts, and more.  
 
SONG REQUESTS (NEW)!  Want to hear your favorite song? Place a bid! The top 10 highest earning requests will be played.
 
LIONS LOUNGE (NEW)! Need to take a break? Kick up your heels in our lounge area (located in the cafeteria). Just sit and relax for a bit or strike up a board/card game with your friends! 
 
DAD RAFFLE (NEW)!  We know guys love stuff too! This year the dads can get in on the raffle fun with select raffle items curated just for Kens (oops!) . . . just for them.

FAQ'S:
 
Want to skip the lines and bypass the check-in line altogether?
Purchase your tickets in advance! All guests who pre-paid by 12pm on 2/2/24 will receive a pink wristband to wear to the dance.
 
When do I receive the pink wristbands?
Bands will be sent home with your student at the end of the day on Friday 2/2/24. If you have more then one daughter we will group your family's bands together and deliver it to your eldest daughters classroom.
 
What's the fastest way to check-in the night of the event?
For a fast and speedy entry, be sure ALL guests wear their wristbands to the dance to avoid any additional hold ups.
 
Can I buy entry and raffle tickets onsite?
Yes! Cash and Credit Cards will be accepted at the door for entry and raffle ticket sales. Raffle tickets will only be sold during the dance.
 
How can I pay for song requests?
Cash and Venmo will be accepted for song requests and will only be sold during the dance.
 
 
 

 

All ticket sales are final. Parental supervision is required; this is not a drop off event. The LKE Sweetheart Dance is produced and paid for by Lakewood Elementary PTO with some additional sponsors / parent donations.
